Why Look at the Gut?
Research is showing that the gut not only plays a key role in our digestion and nutrient absorption, but also our emotions, sleep, skin, hormones, immune function, neurologic health, and overall wellness. We now know 80% of our immune system is living in our gut, our gut and brain are directly tied through the gut-brain connection, and about 95% of our serotonin is produced in the gut. We have 500 species and three pounds of bacteria in our gut, good and bad. When the good microbes get offset by bad microbes this causes illness in a multitude of ways. We have more bacteria living on and in our body than we do human cells. These microbes are vitally important and called our microbiome.

I use the Roadmap to Health systems approach developed by CellCore Biosciences. This system can only be dispensed by licensed professionals who have gone through specialized training.
The primary areas of focus are on gut health, cellular detox, immune support, mitochondrial healing, cellular health, and opening drainage pathways through the gut, lymphatic system, liver, and kidneys.
There are different packages available, but all options keep gut health as a primary focus while also addressing the gut’s connection to the whole body. This step-by-step process targets different systems of the body at each stage, so the underlying root causes can be efficiently addressed from multiple angles.
